Natural Relief
for Pain

Treat the pain. Understand what's driving it.

Pain is your body’s way of telling you that something needs attention. Whether it’s a new injury, chronic tension or discomfort that has been lingering for years, my approach is to look beyond where it hurts and consider the larger pattern contributing to it.

Acupuncture stimulates the nervous system and can influence the way pain signals are processed while encouraging circulation, muscle relaxation and the body’s natural pain-relieving mechanisms.

My goal isn’t simply to quiet the pain temporarily. It’s to help your body move out of the cycle of tension, inflammation and compensation that can keep pain going.

Treatments

Restore balance and vitality

Pain rarely exists in isolation. Stress, sleep, posture, previous injuries, inflammation, hormonal changes and nervous system regulation can all influence how your body experiences and recovers from pain.

Depending on what I find, treatment may combine acupuncture with cupping, infrared heat, herbal medicine, nutritional support and lifestyle recommendations.

Every treatment is individualized to what your body needs that day.
